He earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston in 1978 and received his professional engineering license from the State of Texas in 1983. Reggie interned at Houston Lighting & Power (now CenterPoint Energy) for four terms, later joining CenterPoint Energy and rising through roles in distribution engineering, substation engineering, and construction. After retiring as a Director in 2019, Reggie joined TRC Companies, continuing his commitment to industry excellence. His career is marked by hands-on leadership, a passion for community reliability, and dedication to mentoring future utility leaders.
