Today, Jeff and I interview author, father, and rugby and leadership coach Theo Bennett.  Coach Theo is a well traveled coach who grew up in New Zealand and spent time coaching rugby across the world in on all continents, with countries to include Brazil, USA and Kenya.  Today, we focus on the journey and mental state of Coach Theo and the lessons we can take from him and his new book, Virtutis.
