In Psalm 74 and 79, Asaph (not the same Asaph from 73) struggles with how God is working. As Christians, we often do the same. In the tragedies, in devastating moments, we cannot see how God could possibly be working. Loss, health issues, marital meltdowns, is God punishing us? Why would he allow this to happen? Doesn't he love us? The psalmist reminds himself as he reminds us, that God is always working and God is always worthy of thanks and praise.
