A skilled facilitator, trainer, author and speaker. Jessie Sutherland catalyzes and empowers people to do their best work together with exponential and lasting impact. Her mission in life is to build cultures of belonging one community at a time.. Her goal is to infuse a values-based approach to create corporate, community and educational cultures that foster quality relationships, effective problem solving skills, high levels of engagement and collaboration to generate innovation and achieve a common purpose. Jessie is fluently bilingual, has over 20 years experience in community building and engagement; leadership development; conflict resolution; dialogue; and values based decision making processes.
