Dans cet épisode, j'ai le plaisir d'échanger avec stéphanie Barioz, accompagnante psycho-corporelle qui a crée une approche très originale pour aider les personnes à se reconnecter à elles-mêmes. Elle nous parle de son parcours et de ce qui l'a amenée à créer sa propre méthode d'accompagnement. Stéphanie utilise notamment l'objet miroir pour faire vivre des moments forts aux personnes qui font appel à ses services : se regarder en face, aller chercher ses ombres, se confronter à ce qui a besoin de refaire surface.
