Ep 73: Buyers are researching you

Buyers are spending more time researching and less time talking to sellers. This means they are doing their research without you and if that research checks out, they will make an enquiry. So, how are you helping buyers research you? How are you building trust outside the eco-system of social media? What are you doing to educate your buyers? It's great to build on social, but what happens when the buyer goes to Google? The reality is, buyer behaviour is changing, buyers are more cautious.
