Ep. 78; Booze Series #7, Sober Curiosity w/a twist with Kelly Smith

California Sober anyone?  Today I have Kelly Smith joining me on the podcast to talk about her decision to ditch the booze, and most recently, to put some space between her and her dear friend, Mary Jane. (Do people still call it that?!?!?!)  Kelly is sharing how she was introduced to both alcohol and marijuana and the roles they have played in her life. We talk about the joy that these substances initially brought her, and what changed to make her want to take a break from both of them. With big decisions like this come fears and doubts, but also a certain amount of clarity and new motivation.
