Ep 79: Ashley Paulson's Journey of Winning the Badwater 135

In this episode of Run with Fitpage, we were honored by yet another creator of history at the Badwater 135 this year — Ashley Paulson.  Ashley Paulson is 40 years old, and grew up in Utah County. Her father, who loves running has been an inspiration for her since the time she was 8 years old. She is coached by Ryan Hall and is a mother of 4. This year at Badwater, Ashley's timings were 24:09:34, which is a new course record. Soon after she finished the Badwater 135, she also won the Deseret News Marathon - after 11 days to be precise!
