Recruitment marketing careers can take very different routes and start in very different ways. Paul joins us to talk about his career which saw him 'blag' his way into his first job before spending 12 years in a business before it was bought to where he is now at The Consultancy Group. Paul started purely focused on 'internet marketing' which really meant PPC and SEO but evolved into a fully round marketing specialist who has embarked on multiple websites and branding projects.  He shares his experiences and tips around these activities as well as outlining the benefits, and pitfalls of trying to be a 'fixer' and doing everything for everyone.
