Matt Srama began his professional Rugby League career as one of the youngest players for the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL. Despite a promising start, his career was cut short by injuries, leading him to retire on medical advice. Undeterred, Matt pivoted to real estate, quickly achieving milestones such as Rookie Agent of the Year nomination and setting multiple street sale records. His success in real estate led to the creation of The Srama Group, a company dedicated to helping people confidently buy property on the Gold Coast. Matt's empathy, entrepreneurial vision, and high-performance mindset drive the company, which also aims to give back to the local community. In addition to his real estate work, Matt coaches young athletes and mentors aspiring players at the Gold Coast Titans.
