In addition, she examines how we can rate and time our worrying during the day.  Denise recently gave a TEDx on how hobbies can lead us into exploring our surroundings and having an attitude of gratitude.  Co-author of United Nations booklet "How to Include Children infected and affected by HIV in your NGO Network"  Awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Gold and Diamond Jubilee medals for charitable work.
