The mind is so powerful. Where the mind goes, the man will follow. If we allow our minds to go to "the dark place", then we will go to "the dark place". If our minds go to a place of confidence, then we will not only be led to confidence, we will be confident.  As we continue to strive in these uncertain times, remember to strengthen your minds. Feed them with positivity and surround yourself with positive people. In this episode, I talk about the dangers of engaging in "if only" and "what if" talk.
