Our guest is Matthew Persanis, Esq., Labor Counsel to the Building and Realty Institute (BRI) and its seven component associations. Matt is also a principal of Elefante and Persanis, LLP. Elefante and Persanis is based in Eastchester in Westchester County in New York State. Matt is an expert regarding Labor Relations. He serves as the Lead Negotiator for the BRI in its Labor Contract Negotiations with Local 32-BJ Service Employees International Union (SEIU). Matt has spoken at many Membership Meetings and Seminars of the BRI. He was a regular guest on the former radio shows of the organization.
