We often think that information is what allows us to change our habits. And when we still don't despite knowing better, we think there must be something wrong with us. But this couldn't be further from the truth! The real reason we have a hard time changing our habits has nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with the fact that: 1) our brains HATE change, and 2) there's a deep mismatch between the world in which we evolved and our current environment, which stack...

But this couldn't be further from the truth! 

The real reason we have a hard time changing our habits has nothing to do with willpower and everything to do with the fact that: 

1) our brains HATE change, and

2) there's a deep mismatch between the world in which we evolved and our current environment, which stacks the deck against us to stay happy and healthy 

But with my step-by-step process, you CAN become that person who naturally takes good care of themselves and goes after their projects with courage and intention.
