She shares about how this played a large part in her mental health journey with her birth experience. As a healthcare worker, Claire recognized immediately after her delivery that the attitude in the room shifted drastically and she knew something was wrong and she lost a lot of blood. After recovery in the hospital and some time at home, Claire recognized she needed some extra care and learned that she had pelvic organ prolapse. She shares about her journey of releasing guilt and seeking support and advocacy.
