She’s a leader in the financial services industry, a self-published author, speaker, blogger who is deeply passionate about women’s empowerment.Urmi recently published her book, Discovering Your Identity, where she opens up about the challenges of growing up as a third-culture kid—navigating her Bengali heritage while being raised in Italy.
