Ep. 96, Let me tell ya about my dopamine addiction Since we're taking authenticity to another level over here lately, let me tell ya about my dopamine addiction.  It can be subtle at times….the constant need to be "connected" to my phone and to social media.  It's just kind of always there….the need to know whats going on, to gather information, to document…. Maybe you can relate?  As you may have heard, I'm currently taking a two week RESET from social media.  Today I'm sharing with you why I decided taking  a little break was good for me, and what clarity u hope to gain during this time away.
