Ep 98: Habits That Keep You Feeling Young with Neille Solomon

from Bloom Your Mind · host Marie McDonald

A couple of months, I started having this weird pain in my hip and as I kept moving through my life, doing all the things that I normally do, my yoga classes, taking care of my kids, the pain got worse and worse to the point where I couldn't really walk anymore. I tried going to the doctor and when I got my x-ray results back, I just got kind of more and more hopeless and just distracted by all this pain and nothing that I did made it better.  Until, one slow walk with my husband ignited this idea within me to call Neille. And since that day, it changed the way I see myself and my body. Neille is a magical human and he's here to share his absolutely, incredibly brilliant brain and share his wisdom with us on how you continue your momentum towards making your ideas real.
