About Conrad Tracey: Conrad holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (University Of Melbourne), Mental Health First Aid training (Mental Health First Aid Australia), and a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs and has worked with hundreds of Australians to help them break the cycle of addiction. Conrad is a highly-respected leader, having founded three companies and worked in senior management for some of Australia’s most innovative and culturally conscious organizations. Conrad's personal journey with addiction and highly recognized standing in the Australian addiction recovery community and marked professional success developing and coaching high-performance individuals and teams have inspired him to found Addiction Coaching Australia. Conrad designs and facilitates bespoke programs for individuals dealing with substance misuse issues and has been working successfully with individuals, corporations, government bodies, and organizations through his Liability to Leadership program. Conrad is passionate about well-being and has committed his life to helping people break the cycle of addiction and regain control of their life and choices.
