EP046: Full Moon in Taurus 8th November 2022: Time for Self-Compassion and Practice Self-Love

The Full Moon in Taurus will be happening on the 8th November 2022 at 16° 00’ depending on your location.  Full Moons signify completions, closures and letting go.   We can become more aware of where we feel emotionally and energetically blocked keeping us stuck.   In order to let go and release these blockages around stressful thoughts or limiting beliefs we must investigate to see what is the cause behind them requiring honesty with ourselves.     (see the work of Byron Katie - link below) As Taurus follows Aries we ground ourselves in what we need to sustain and enjoy our life.   Taurus slows down the impulsive and initiating energy of Aries to build strong foundations on which we can further grow and develop. In Taurus we find we are our what we value, ourself as a resource.  Generally Taurus is associated with the material world, money and our main senses....but it also relates to our values, self-esteem, patience and gentleness......and while these are some to the attributes we always look at the shadow side. The distortion of Taurus  can be starvation, hoarding, poverty, shutdown and withdrawn.  Medically Taurus rules the neck, the throat, the voice, the heart, the body's senses and through Venus (its ruler) the psychology of listening.  Listening to others and to ourselves.  Taurus Polarity The polarity of Taurus is Scorpio where we can go deep within our emotions to transform and evolve.  To do this we must feel our emotional body.  Scorpio to bring about an end to something for a rebirth to take place.  This and much more for you in this podcast.....
