In this episode we get to know ex crossfit regionals athlete and retired armoured vehicle gunner, Finn Johnson.  He shares with us his darkest moments to date, including his time at war in Afghanistan and the unexpected passing of family members. He also shares with us how he managed to cope with the horrific situations he endured, situations that would leave most of us traumatised for life. Finns actionable tip: -Reach out to someone close to you, be it a best friend or family member. -If that still seems too much, start with a txt first and progress at your own pace from there. It seems obvious but most of us when we struggle are afraid of being a burden so we isolate ourselves in the belief we're only going to cause others strife.
