173.5k average number of diploma and degree graduates enter the workforce annually, but only 98.5k high-skilled jobs were created over that time. However, graduates, too, are picky when it comes to job selection, unrealistic expectations on salaries from RM3500-RM6000, despite lacking the experience and insufficient skills. Should the economy do a better job or should the fresh graduates lower their expectation?
