Today on the show we have a special guest, Dr. Karen Bagley, to discuss the idea of making space for your emotions and feelings.Dr. B is a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of VA and also has a background in public health. For 15 years she worked across varied settings before founding  Momentum Psychology and Performance in 2020. Dr. B's mission is to support individual clients via therapy and sport/performance consultation as well as programming and facilitating community-based conversations related to mental and emotional well-being. As a competitive runner in her teens, Dr. B. struggled with some of the same faulty thinking she now helps her clients overcome.
