Too many normies out there like to gripe about how much time, money, and energy their kids suck up, as if children are some burden or curse they have to bear for 18 years before they are finally free to take back their own lives and do what really makes them happy. We say that’s a load of selfish bunk. Ain’t nobody more rested than a daddy who’s just wrestled with his kids, or a mom who delights in the crickets and flowers her children bring to her. So, kick your fears of child-rearing in the hindquarters, have some children, and share in the wonder of God’s creation with them.
