EP103 Hot Issue - 100 days Aspirasi Keluarga Malaysia; where's the physical distancing

The Health Ministry urged the public to follow all standard operating procedures so as to stay safe. However, it was a totally different affair at the government-organised '100 Days Keluarga Malaysia Aspiration' celebration event. The most glaring violation was the required one-metre physical distancing, which seemed to be almost non-existent. Why do you think these things are still happening?
