童年的失落,剝奪或未滿足的期待,造成的傷心難過, 我們會願意面對嗎?   許多人不願意面對難過,失落和憂鬱等情緒 結果會以憤怒的方式來呈現,   或是過去經歷一些後悔所帶來的羞恥感, 沒有好好處理的話, 當被他人觸發時,也會以爆怒的方式呈現,   或是一些人習慣的壓抑悲傷,情感變得冷漠, 或是不帶情感的超理智, 一旦失控,也會變成情緒上的大爆走。   因此,許多人若是壓抑背後的憂傷, 就會轉換成以憤怒的方式發洩出來。   此外,關於憤怒的真相,背後的原因是恐懼。 在人的大腦中,杏仁核掌管了大部分的情緒反應, 人在成長的過程中,為了能夠生存的活下去, 對於恐懼和威脅是相當敏感, 因為這個跟生存有關, 遇到威脅時,第一個原始反應是逃, 若是無法逃脫讓人恐懼的環境, 只好以攻擊和憤怒來攻擊, 所以憤怒的背後,真正的原因是恐懼, 因此要處理憤怒,要面對的是內心的恐懼, 到底困擾我的是什麼? 面對心中的恐懼,才能處理憤怒的情緒。 人都會有憤怒的情緒,人都是可以發怒的, 但是許多人可以將憤怒轉化成建設性的力量。 但有些人被憤怒所控制, 隨便發個脾氣,罵罵人,甚至會用指責辱罵的方式對待他人, 造成他人的身心傷害,也會讓自己的身心受損。   一般的來說,憤怒可以有兩種, 一種是健康的憤怒, 另一種是不健康的憤怒,也可以說是「所謂的虐待」。   #健康的憤怒, 是一種有界限的表達, 主要是為了溝通,與人有更好的關係 是為自己的感受負責, 在感受的表達上, 除憤怒的感受之外, 還會有難過,悲傷或失落的情緒, 最最重要的是, #在憤怒完後, 人和人關係可以和好   #不健康的憤怒是所謂的虐待, 只是一種發洩,威脅,怒罵, 是為了指責對方,不是為了溝通, 在情感的表達上, 只有憤怒的宣洩, 難過,悲傷或失落的情緒,會隱藏起來 之後與人的關係會斷裂, 不會和好,會往分開的方向走。   所以,大家可以想一想, 自己的生氣憤怒是如何處理, 是健康的,或是不健康的暴怒, 是與人的關係是和好,或是斷裂。   #一個人能夠管理自己的憤怒, #將會伴隨著美好的豐富人生。   Powered by Firstory Hosting
