Un petit rappel, dans la première partie , nous avons évoqué l’empathie, la sympathie, la compassion ; distinguer et expliquer l’hypersensibilité, la haute sensibilité avec l’apport de E .Aaron et K.Dabrowski sur l’intensité.L’hypersensibilité n’implique pas que la dimension émotionnelle. Abordons la suradaptation, versus la résistance au changement ; l'insécurité émotionnelle puis le syndrome du sauveur.La suradaptation , alors oui elle peut toucher tout le monde, c’est vrai mais chez un profil à forte exigence adaptative, haut fonctionnement cognitif , émotionnel, avec hypersensibilité notamment sensorielle (bruit, lumière, odeur…) donc moins de filtres, le risque est plus élevé, précoce et plus intense, avec des marqueurs spécifiques (codes sociaux, interactions, norme, rituels, ) .La suradaptation consiste souvent à trop se modifier pour rester compatible avec l’environnement.La résistance au changement consiste plutôt à protéger un équilibre perçu comme menacé.Les approches en psychologie sociale et systémique montrent que les individus cherchent souvent à maintenir un équilibre psychique et relationnel.(l’homéostasie).Ce qui est important à considérer dans le domaine des trajectoires professionnelles, c’est que cette hypersensibilité peut être une force incroyable dès lors qu’elle repose sur une sécurité intérieure stable.Hébergé par Ausha.
