Everyone thinks running a business on AI means stacking up a dozen different tools and subscriptions. It doesn't. In this episode I break down the exact AI stack I use to run two businesses on barely any hours a week, why I dumped ChatGPT completely, and why you probably only need one tool instead of ten.Here's the thing most people get wrong.
