EP14: Confession Time: The spiritual journey is hard AF

It's been a pretty spiritually, emotionally and physically tumultuous stretch the last month plus, and I have been struggling to keep the podcast going on schedule. I am nothing if not painfully, brutally honest and transparent with how I feel about my journey through life, and I figured I would share that, because why not? I am not looking for people to send me messages and tell me I am enough, and I am worthy, I am just wearing my heart on my sleeve, and attempting to be honest and vulnerable. Those of us in this space, talking about the topics we are covering, are just as human, fallacious, and prone to regression as anyone else. It's ok to be human, and let others know you are hurting.
