大家有沒有想過網路成癮背後的原因呢? 當真是網路遊戲太好玩,或是有別的因素呢?   國家發展委員會108年的研究 20 歲以下 手機族認為自己有網路或手機沉迷問題的比率, 達到54.0%,較前一年增加約24 個百分點, 20 至 39 歲達到約 37%左右,比前一年增加近 10 個百分點。 網路成癮的問題愈來愈需要重視, 大家不妨看看自己的情況,可自行施測以下量表 「網路成癮自評量表 (The Internet Addiction Test, IAT) 」 進入以下連結, https://reurl.cc/e9z8Kj 看看結果為何?   網路使用時間長是否代表成癮呢? 答案是不一定, 但網路時間使用長,加上以下《心理危險因子》 就可能成為網路成癮了!!! 學者王智弘(2016)提到十樣《心理危險因子》 分別是 社交焦慮、憂鬱、無聊感、 低自尊、神經質、課業或工作壓力、 家庭關係不佳、人際困擾、 敵意與衝動控制不良。   大家可以想想自己和孩子是否有上面的情況。   然而,最終的根源, 還是回歸到當人無法面對身邊的挫折, 為了抵銷掉內心的無助挫折感。 於是寄情網路遊戲當中, 從中得到快樂,興奮的感覺, 讓自己可以舒壓,   但問題並沒有真正的解決, 會越來越嚴重,   歡迎收聽本節目, 從中得到解決之道!!!
