If all young men were taught this by their fathers our world would look different. He talks about rebelling against "normalcy" and how he's raising his boys to pursue greatness - not just mediocrity. It takes extra effort to excel beyond the average and he's striving to teach this to his boys daily. He talks about intentional practices to help instill this into his boys. It is clear he is raising men of integrity, good communicators, and strong leaders.
