Sam Fleet is a successful business owner; he has been married for 37 years, he is a father, a grandfather, and a generous leader to many. While his business is a huge aspect of his life and story, he shares the reminder that we are all connected as fathers - despite our jobs.In this conversation, he shares how his father left when he was six years old and how that inspired him to be a great father and husband.  Even as a businessman Sam always strove to put his family first to ensure he didn't put another generation through the upbringing he experienced.
