Ep26 Rachelle Boolman

from Faith In Your Recovery Podcast

Rachelle’s story is a prime example of the damage that can be done due to trauma and adverse childhood experiences. The death of her 4-year-old brother completely changed the dynamics of her childhood. Whether it was marijuana, pills, heroin, bath salts or meth, Rachelle battled it. During one of her many times of incarceration, she first started talking to God during a 68 day stay in isolation. Her pent-up anger was often released on others. This same Rachelle is now a Peer Recovery Coach with a heart that desires to pay it forward by helping others.
