今天我們訪問的嘉賓是居住在英國的林紅。她的女兒明明曾經罹患神經性厭食症。讀牛津大學一二年級最瘦的時候體重只有33公斤。明明後來在厭食症復健醫院裡住了兩年，全家人前後花了七年的時間，陪伴明明走過治療的過程，可說備受煎熬。林紅說，對厭食症的患者，食物如同一個黑暗的權勢，捆綁住他們。明明好不容易走出厭食的夢魘，卻又掉入暴食的現象。林紅是一位文字人，平日深居簡出，很高興她願意上節目與我們分享這段心路歷程。
