Do you feel too lazy to train? When I ask dudes what’s stopping them from making the changes they know they need to make in their lives I often hear “I guess I’m just lazy…” This isn’t the worst answer in my book because at least this shows that the man is taking ownership of his situation. However my response is often something like:  “Are you lazy?” Most men who tell me this work full time and have a family to care for. They’re busy productive guys in those areas of their lives, but struggle to attack their personal goals with the same commitment.
