Some people live lives more extraordinary than any movie script. Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of those people. Born in a tiny Austrian village of just a few hundred residents, raised in poverty with a strict father, this young man decided at fifteen that he would not accept any limits others tried to place on him. At twenty he became the youngest Mr. Olympia in history, the highest honor in bodybuilding, a title he would win seven times in total, a record that still stands today. He immigrated to America with a thick accent and almost no English, was laughed at by nearly everyone in Hollywood, and yet went on to become the biggest action movie star in the world through the film called The Terminator, eventually earning 30 million dollars per film at his peak. And then he did something everyone said was impossible: with no political background whatsoever, he was elected Governor of California, where he signed the first state-level greenhouse gas emissions law in American history. Three completely different worlds. He reached the top of all three. This is not a story about talent. This is a story about will. In this episode we dive deep into Arnold's childhood, his bodybuilding legend, his Hollywood years, his political career, and how he faced the lowest point of his life. His six principles for success sound simple. But very few people actually live by them. As Arnold says: the only limits that exist are the ones in your mind. The moment you decide to break through them, you will find that the world outside is far bigger than you ever imagined. Powered by Firstory Hosting
