EP38: Dr. Allison Osmond on dialectical behavior therapy and emotional intelligence

from Girl Doc Survival Guide · host Professor Christine J Ko, MD / Dr. Allison Osmond

DBT (first brought up to me by David Caruso in a prior episode) can also give insights into burnout (consider listening in to Michi Shinohara, if you haven't yet!).
