I've learned the importance of not bypassing the hard feelings and truly going through the process to grow. Despite having a strong network of resources, I've realized the necessity of facing my struggles head-on.I recently had a transformative weekend with a close friend and strategist, which helped me start to emerge from my cocoon season. We discussed the concept of a theme word and how it can serve as a North Star through life's ups and downs. After much reflection and consideration, I've chosen "emerge" as my word for 2024. It signifies my readiness to step into new beginnings and embrace the next stage of my life.In this episode, I guide you through the process of choosing your word.
