斷捨離不只侷限於物品上，還可以是在資訊上❗️我們現代人的通病，網路資訊氾濫，過度接收垃圾資訊與便宜多巴胺，讓現代人沒耐性等問題的出現，也會讓大家的消費變得超出自己所需，堆積一大堆沒有用的垃圾。希望有察覺到危機的人，可以開始做出改變（資訊斷捨離）❗️ 丹佐·華盛頓 Denzel Washington 「如果你不看新聞，你會被認為不知情；如果你看新聞，你會被錯誤引導。」 （“If you don’t read the newspaper, you’re uninformed.
