As you may have seen or heard we have gone through some changes in our branding. YAASSSS! Now to clarify, these changes aren't big, they are just a clearer picture of who I am as your host and how I've grown in the last 8 months. With each episode, each week and each month that went by, I was learning so much about myself. The message I wanted to deliver, I became more confident and comfortable in my own skin, owning my show and serving you as my audience.
