EP45: Nightmare On Christmas

On what was meant to be a festive and joyous holiday on Christmas Day in 2010, Pierre and Jacqueline Bamu, a Congolese couple living in Paris, faced an unimaginable tragedy. Rather than unwrapping presents and opening boxes, they were confronted with the heartbreaking task of opening their 15-year-old son's coffin. This heart-wrenching tragedy unfolded when their precious son, Kristy, was discovered lifeless in the bathroom of his sister's apartment in London. Kristy's body bore the gruesome marks of extreme violence and cruelty, a grim testament to the horrors he endured over the course of three brutal days in his sister's apartment, which somehow turned into a nightmarish torture chamber. Unbelievably, Kristy's tragic fate did not result from the actions of an unidentified assailant or a random serial killer on the loose. Instead, he met an unimaginably cruel and shocking end at the hands of his own family, after they accused him of being a witch. This devastating case stands as one of the most appalling instances of child abuse ever documented in British history; we urge you to listen with caution.   Instagram + Threads: @psychopediapod @tank.sinatra @investigatorslater Patreon: www.patreon.com/psychopediapod Email: [email protected] Website: www.psychopediapodcast.com The co-hosts of this podcast were not present at the time(s) of the events described.  Consequently, the information contained in this podcast was obtained from third-party resources and research which we relied upon.  As such, we are unable to guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, usefulness and/or  timeliness of the content(s) of this podcast, and assume no liability for any errors and/or omissions as to such content, and/or any offered opinions and/or comments.
