Summary
From elevators to singing in the shower, we often just go through the motions. When was the last time you expanded your comfort zone and did more stare at the elevator floor or hum in the shower? If we are unable to open ourselves up to the people around us, how will we be able to create new ways to be and allow for new opportunity in our lives? Going through the motions is an act of limitation. It holds you back from what you might think is possible. So, the next time you're in an elevator, say hello, then compliment the person somehow. The next time you're in the shower singing, belt it out! Let the neighboring houses hear you! Routine is only meant to be routine for a certain period in your life; just like health and illness. They come and go. It is the experience that matters most. Thank you for listening to The Justin Flinner Podcast.
