Ep49 | 2021-Bring The Light- Aimee M. Bailey, PT, DPT

Happy New Year to you all!  I know we have all been anxiously counting down the days to make it to 2021 and now we are finally here.  I wanted to start this year by setting a word for the year and that is 'Intentional'.  We had a rough year in Nashville with the pandemic, the March 2nd Tornado, the Derecho in May, and then our most recent event of the Downtown Bombing.  These events have brought our community together so I think we should really make an effort to continue this in 2021.  It's time to lift each other up and continue to support the city that we love.  As always, thanks for listening!
