本集介紹「白醋」的客語，節目中說明華語的「沙拉」客語要如何表達？ 在客語中，醋就是醋，不論是烏醋或是白色的醋都叫做「醋」，但是如果是講「白醋」那麼就是華語的「沙拉」，而不是在餐廳吃飯時會看到的「白醋」。 因為沙拉是醋和油調製而成的，所以客家人就說成「白醋」，看萬別跟華語的「白醋」搞混了，但是也別為了怕搞混而將客語的「白醋」硬是文讀成「沙拉」，這樣反而失去了客語的味道。 關鍵字：沙拉、白醋、烏醋、文讀
