Today's Guest is Sammie Walker Herrera and she is sharing with us her favorite theme of her top 5 of Input.  The theme/strength of Input lives under the Domain of Strategic Thinking. This theme is centered around collecting information, things, books, facts, quotes, etc. Whatever it is, you’re collectinging it because you find it interesting and it excites you. You find purpose in acquiring stuff and information and you see it all as useful to store and use for later.   My conversation with Sammie on her Strength of Input and why it is her favorite was so much fun. I learned a lot of how this strength has impacted her and how it has changed her life. Sammie Walker Herrera (she/her/ella) is a Career Coach at the University of Florida's Career Connections Center. She earned dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Carnegie Mellon University. She graduated from the Master's program in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania where she found her strong interest in adult cognitive development including epistemological development, and existential psychotherapy.
