Today, we’re taking a closer look at a very useful Japanese grammar pattern:〜たり〜たりします (tari tari shimasu)This pattern is often used when you want to give examples of things you do, such as:Koohii o nondari, nyuusu o mitari shimasu.I drink coffee, watch the news, and things like that.Kaimono ni ittari, ie de yukkuri shitari shimasu.I go shopping, relax at home, and things like that.In this episode, I’ll explain how to make the tari form from the ta-form, and then we’ll practice lots of natural examples from everyday life.You’ll hear examples about daily routines, weekends, work, travel, family, and more.If you’re learning Japanese, this is a really useful pattern to add to your everyday Japanese!I also teach Japanese on italki.
