I would say pride, but what do you think ?  2.  "Would you say forgiveness is a choice,decision or a process. It most likely is both but what is your inclination ? And why? My suggestion is God never forgave us in steps. … and yet the positive effects of forgiveness like gaining trust may take a while. A long while… Why does it take a while. ?" 3.  "How do you handle forgiveness in a work place, particularly with someone that does not need your forgiveness.
