Episode 000: Trailer

🩷 Welcome to That's Church!, where we journey to expand our knowledge of other religions and explore each person’s unique spiritual path. I'm Emilie, joined by my co-host and sister, Ashlie Sanders. 💛 Our mission is to build bridges between Utah’s many diverse religious communities. 🩷 We’re inspired by our grandparents' mixed-faith marriage. Grandma Maxine always said “there is good in all religions” 💛 Their example of love, and mutual respect, inspires us to reach beyond our LDS backgrounds and embrace different ideas and truths. 🩷 President Gordon B. Hinckley said, “To anybody who is not of this Church, I say we recognize all of the virtues and the good that you have. Bring it with you and see if we might add to it." We’re hopeful that through this process we can all add a little more light and goodness to our own spiritual journeys. 💛 Here on That’s Church!, we explore how our friends and neighbors experience spirituality, find sanctuary for their souls, and define church for them.
