Maija's skills include public speaking, event management, panel moderation, and she has vast knowledge on digital distribution. The trio begin to talk about Maija's origins, and the different things that led her into the creative world. Maija then offers her perspective on whether artists should agree to give up some of their value for more opportunities, giving us a glimpse of how she prefers the artists under her to move in the industry.
