Episode 035 | Shenanigans

In todays episode, Sam and Afam get into their previous week. The boys were out on another quiz night quest. Afam had some studio sessions and Sam also sat down with Banjuka hitmaker DNA to talk about Kenyan music and the industry. Bensoul recently took to X (twitter) and Afam passionately expresses his disappointment in the contents of his post. On to some news, The government was caught offering bad contracts to the National Youth Council music competition, the boys discuss this and what it means for young musicians, as well as give a little bit of advice to those who may need it. In related news, KAMP was recently audited and the results are shocking to say the least, they give excuses for the obvious mismanagement of the funds. Afam then sheds light to a music sponsorship opportunity by Hivos, the Resource of Open Minds, and encourages creatives to sign up. The boys also review new music that dropped last week!
